Benefits of Bihar sabji Vikas Yojana:
- Farmers will be paid 1000 to 10000 rupees as a subsidy amount for vegetable seeds.
- Subsidy amount will be given for minimum 0.25 acres to maximum 2.5 acres of land.
- In this yojana, farmers can avail benefits only in one sub-ingredient of vegetables.
- Government will provide a subsidy up to 75% on hybrid and high value vegetables like colour capsicum, seedless cucumber, onion, potatoes, brinjal, broccoli etc.
- The Bihar government will arrange NHRDF 3 and 4 onion seeds to the farmers.
- In this scheme, farmers will get Kufri Chipsona seeds of potatoes.
